Independent advice for EHC needs assessments, annual reviews and SEND Tribunal appeals.
- Needs described so they can be lifted straight into Section B Plain, specific, and tied to how the child or young person accesses education.
- Provision specified and quantified for Section F Hours, frequency, group size, who delivers it, who supervises it, and what happens in the holidays. Provision that is not quantified is not enforceable.
- Outcomes that can be measured at the annual review Written so that in twelve months anyone can say plainly whether they were met.
- SEND Tribunal instructions as an independent expert witness Bond Solon trained in expert witness report writing. My advice does not change according to who pays for it.
