Speech therapist, east London

Where I work

My clinic is in Wanstead, E11. I also visit nurseries and schools across Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Essex, so a speech therapist in east London can come to the room where your child spends their day.

Where is the clinic?

11 Cambridge Park, Wanstead, London E11 2PU. It's under five minutes' walk from Wanstead station on the Central line. I'm not giving parking advice because I can't promise any, so if you're driving, email me first and we'll sort something out.

Sessions at the clinic are in person. I don't offer online therapy, apart from annual reviews, school training and parent coaching.

If you're not sure whether you're close enough, pick the place nearest to you below. Each one says which borough it sits in and how it connects to Wanstead.

Places near the clinic

Wanstead

London Borough of Redbridge · Central line

This is where the clinic is. Wanstead station is on the Central line's Hainault loop, between Leytonstone and Redbridge. I also visit nurseries and schools in Wanstead.

Snaresbrook

London Borough of Redbridge · Central line (Epping branch)

Snaresbrook is next door to Wanstead, though its station is on the Epping branch of the Central line rather than the Hainault loop. Most families nearby just walk or take a short bus ride to the clinic. I visit nurseries and schools in Redbridge, Snaresbrook included.

Leytonstone

London Borough of Waltham Forest · Central line

Leytonstone is the stop where the Central line splits, so it's the place to change if you're coming from the Epping branch. From Leytonstone, Wanstead is one stop on a train heading towards Hainault via Newbury Park. Check the destination on the front of the train. I can visit nurseries and schools in Waltham Forest.

Leyton

London Borough of Waltham Forest · Central line

Leyton is on the Central line, two stops from Wanstead by way of Leytonstone, on a train towards Hainault via Newbury Park. Nurseries and schools in Leyton are within my Waltham Forest visits.

Stratford

London Borough of Newham · Central line

Stratford is on the Central line, a few stops from Wanstead on a train towards Hainault via Newbury Park, with no change needed. Newham nurseries and schools are part of my regular visits.

South Woodford

London Borough of Redbridge · Central line (Epping branch)

South Woodford is on the Epping branch, so by train you'd change at Leytonstone for Wanstead. It's in Redbridge, and I visit nurseries and schools across the borough.

Woodford

London Borough of Redbridge · Central line (Epping branch)

Woodford is also on the Epping branch, so the train route to the clinic means a change at Leytonstone. It's in Redbridge, which means I can visit settings there.

Buckhurst Hill

Essex · Central line (Epping branch)

Buckhurst Hill sits in Essex, on the Epping branch. To reach Wanstead by Tube, change at Leytonstone. Nurseries and schools here are covered by my Essex visits.

Loughton

Essex · Central line (Epping branch)

Loughton is in Essex, further along the Epping branch, so you'd change at Leytonstone for Wanstead. I visit nurseries and schools in Essex. Email me with the setting's name and we'll talk through what's practical.

Gants Hill

London Borough of Redbridge · Central line (Hainault loop)

Gants Hill is on the same Hainault loop as Wanstead, two stops further on, via Redbridge. It's in Redbridge, and I visit nurseries and schools there.

Forest Gate

London Borough of Newham

Chingford

London Borough of Waltham Forest

Chingford is in Waltham Forest, so I can visit nurseries and schools there. Email me if you're not sure whether a clinic session or a setting visit would suit you better.

Can you visit my child's nursery or school?

Yes. A visit is £85 an hour. I watch your child in the room they're actually in, because how a child manages in a quiet clinic tells you very little about a class of thirty. Travel fees may apply, so ask before you book and you'll get a number.

Redbridge

Wanstead, Snaresbrook, South Woodford, Woodford, Gants Hill and Ilford are all in Redbridge.

Waltham Forest

Leytonstone, Leyton, Walthamstow and Chingford are in Waltham Forest.

Newham

Stratford and Forest Gate are in Newham.

Tower Hamlets

I visit nurseries and schools across Tower Hamlets. Email me with the name of the setting.

Essex

Buckhurst Hill and Loughton are in Essex. If your child's nursery or school is elsewhere in Essex, ask. I'd rather check than guess whether the distance works for both of us. There's more on what I offer settings on the schools and nurseries page.

Setting not on this page? Email me. I'm happy to look at where it is.
